Receptionist

Job Descriptions:

• Incoming & outgoing courier services/Faxes/mails
• Exchanging of passes for guest
  
• Preparation of the Internal training
  
• Stationery Requisition
  
• Ordering of forms and toiletries
  
• Ad hoc duties : reception & administrative

Requirements:

• Young and Energetic
  
• Must be able to liaise with mandarin speaking customers from China
  
• Minimum 3 years experience as a receptionist or customer service
  
• Well groom, able to speak well, confident and have a cheerful disposition
  
• Candidates who can start work immediately would be an advantage
