Branding Executive / Assistant Branding Manager

You will assist in conceptualization, development and execution of catalogs, promotional campaigns including brand ads, tactical campaigns, CRM activities, mailers, brochures and collaterals. You will also assist and coordinate all marketing activities for satisfactory completion of the marketing/ branding strategy, and organize activities to build and maintain customer relations. You will also be involved in co-ordinating & following through events.

Working with the Manager, you will help to determine customer needs as well as documenting specifics with regard to our products, target group, location, timing, frequency, marketing project evaluation. You will also need to assist the Manager in all adhoc projects.

• Good presentation skills
  
• In charge of all administrative duties like budget control, expenses updates, invoicing and filing etc
  
• Liase with PR agency on press releases
  
• In charge of media/news clippings
  
• In charge of mall & bank promotion collaborations
  
• Co-ordinate photo shoots
  
• Website maintenance & EDM
  
• Sourcing for premiums & co-ordinate product sponsorhips
  
• Liasion with Visual Merchandising for store collaterals

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communications/Marketing/Public Relations with minimum 2 years
  
• of relevant Marketing/ Public Relations experience in public relations agency or fashion industry.
• Meticulous
  
• Good Team Player
  
• Pleasant personality and ability to interact well with people from all levels.
  
• Possess excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  
• Ability to work independently, self motivated and excel in a fast pace working environment.
