Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

* Reports directly to Senior Operation Executive.
* Data collection & preparation for weekly operations & monthly management meetings.
* Record meeting minutes.
* Arrange, coordinate & organize meetings, appointments & events within Operations and with other departments or external parties.
* Maintain all data & documents within Operations.
* Data entry into ERP system (training & guidance will be provided).
* Assist Senior Operation Executive in monitoring the Production Supervisors comply with all the QC/QA guidelines.
* All other duties assigned by the Senior Operation Executive.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a "O" Level.
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Candidate able to start work immediately would be an advantage.
* Independent and work with minimum supervision.
* Sense of urgency.
* Accurate and thorough when preparing data.
* Process Good interpersonal and communications skill.

* Ensures that all commitment made on the call are delivered.

* Proactively identifies areas for service and procedural improvement and makes recommendations to the Team Leader.

Requirements:

o GCE “O” Levels or possess at least three (3) years working experience with two (2) years in a similar role in a customer service environment or at least 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service or financial products/investments
o Able to speak fluent English and MANDARIN as need communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
o Knowledgeable in the use of computer and related standard office software, especially Microsoft Excel.
o Customer service oriented individual with proven track record in handling financial accounts
o Knowledgeable in the use of computer and related standard office software, especially Microsoft Excel.
o Able to work alone and as a team player
o Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 6.00pm alternate Sat 8:30am to 1:00pm
