PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

SPD Scientific Pte Ltd is a well-established distribution company in the vibrant Life Sciences Industry. As part of our expansion program, we are seeking experienced and high-caliber individual in this newly created role to join us.

• Prospect, develop and drive sales plans.
  
• Manage key accounts and identify new customers in the Clinical Diagnostics sector.
  
• Evaluate customer needs and market competition.
  
• Manage sales strategies to improve market share and profitability for the business.
  
• Provide regular reports to the management team on market / customer / sales movements.
  
• Report market trends of new & existing products in the local market.
  
• Build Biomedia’s image in the market as reliable partner for all their needs.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will require the following essential qualifications, experience and attributes:

• Appropriate tertiary qualification and experience in Biotechnology
  
• Sales experience preferred
  
• Fluent in English and Mandarin highly desired in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
  
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence customers at all levels.
  
• Proven ability in managing a team.
  
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
  
• Professional, self motivated, focused and creative.
