Supply Assistant

Responsibilities:

• To assist regional demand flow manager in consolidating and analyzing demand flow information in many perspectives
  
• On a daily basis, handle orders, contact suppliers, and sales company
  
• Consolidate orders, analyze against forecast, historical data, and sales
  
• Analyze inventory to ensure we have optimal product level and product mix
  
• Create reports and follow-ups in Excel
  
• Allocate sourcing cost on product level
  
• Develop score card for sales companies
  
• Monthly tracking and meeting with sales companies

Requirements:

• Diploma with 2-3 years experience in International logistic with invoicing and coordinating shipments experience, and worked in MNC environment
  
• Strong Excel skills
  
• Database knowledge such as access is a plus
  
• Analytical and detailed
  
• Good communicator
  
• Service-oriented
  
• Strong Chinese and English language skills (candidate will need to deal with English and Mandarin speaking customers)
