Datum Technology has enjoyed spectacular growth since its inception about 15 years ago. We are the distributor for Data Storage, Email Archival and Network Acceleration products from leading Vendors. We are seeking highly motivated and committed professionals to fuel our rapid business expansion locally and in the region.

Technical Manager

Responsibilities:
You will manage a team of presales and post-sales engineers to support our sales teams and to meet customers’ SLA. You will lead the team to create, implement, document and support our range of products and solutions for customer consulting engagements and project deliveries.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT or related discipline
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  
• Minimum 5 years of pre and post sales technical support preferably in the data storage industry
  
• Good hands-on experience in all major operating systems, SAN, NAS and backup software products
  
• Good hands-on experience in network and security infrastructure
  
• Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) and/or Security Certifications (CISA, CISSP, CCSE) preferred
  
• Excellent communication and project management skills
