To facilitate our fast growing business in Asia, we are seeking a talented, energetic and team-oriented professional to join our Genzyme Singapore Pte Ltd team:

Project Coordinator

The person will be required to provide Project Management and Administrative support to Compliance and Quality Systems function for the Asia Pacific region on a 6 months contract basis. The person will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities will include; but are not limited to:

  • Prepare documents on Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Consolidation of Key Performance Indicators in Excel, analysis and disseminating the data.
  • Develop document management system in Livelink database, upload documents and communicate/train users on the database.
  • Support Records Retention Schedule work for Singapore.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of Diploma holder with at least 3 years of working experience;
  • Possess an excellent command of English Language both written and oral skills as well as good Mandarin speaking and reading skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially with spreadsheets and comfortable working with numbers – must have good attention to detail;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task on an ongoing basis;
  • Ability to work under pressure with several projects running concurrently while ensuring timelines are met;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal customers (at all levels);
  • A good team-player able to work closely with colleagues in a collaborative manner;
  • Demonstrable self-starter with the ability and willingness to take initiative, work independently, and make decisions in support of the business while showing good understanding of internal processes and objectives;
