Schaefer Systems International Pte Ltd is a German Based Multinational which has become a global market leader in the manufacture and supply of container handling systems for the Waste Management Industry. The need for greater awareness of environmental factors and demand for modernization of solid waste handling systems in the region is driving this rapidly expanding and important industry sector. Schaefer’s Waste Technology Division is now seeking dedicated and motivated personnel to join us at our Regional Headquater to develop business opportunities with Waste Collection agencies, market Schaefer’s range of plastic and steel garbage collection containers and system.

Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

• Key role requires direct involvement in the functions of all aspects of Customer Service activities and in all aspects of Sales and Marketing activities in building up new clienteles, providing continuously sales and marketing supports in achieving maximum customer satisfaction and account retention
  
• Assist Sales Managers in customer account management, sales analysis and sales reports
  
• Process and coordinate customer enquiries, orders, delivery schedules and shipments
  
• Liaise with internal department and external parties to ensure product quality, service and timely delivery
  
• Follow up on billing and accounts receivable issues
  
• Handle other ad hoc admin duties when assigned

Requirements:

• GCE “O” level and above
  
• Min 1 – 2 years relevant customer service experience or in similar capacity preferred
  
• Strong people communication and coordination skills
  
• Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin
  
• Good computer knowledge and proficient in using Microsoft Excel
  
• Dedicated team player and able to work independently in a fast paced environment with ability to work under pressure
  
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred

Working Location & Working Hours : Tuas office, Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

Transport provided at designated pick-up points, 5 days work week
