Account Executive (Inside Sales)

The voice of Ingram Micro, you will report to the Division Manager and be responsible to:

• Bring sales queries to closure via phone and email
  
• Generate and grow business with existing clients and develop new business source
  
• Establish and maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers
  
• Provide support to Field Sales personnel and work effectively as a team

Requirements:

• GCE 'A' Levels or Diploma
  
• Customer-focused and results-driven
  
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT environment/ call centre, customer service or order processing, experience in freight forwarding is preferred
  
• Prior working experience in a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment or experience in handling corporate resellers will be an added advantage
  
• Experience with SAP will be an added advantage
  
• Good team player with strong communication, listening and organizational skills
