Account Manager / Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Create and serve OEM/EMS customers
  
• Formulate & execute account strategy
  
• Co-ordinate & work with design engineer department on development of new product and other requirements
  
• Works internally with Product Manager to secure business opportunity

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  
• Minimum 1 years of experience in the Electronic Component industry
  
• Experience in the memory product will be of great advantage
  
• Independent and aggressive in the business approach

Responsibilities:

• Previously with service-related companies and responsible for service-oriented activities;
  
• Familiar with different market rates for services, standard clauses and conditions in services engagement and contracts;
  
• Familiar with cellular operators, vendors, partners engagement models and work in the targeted regions;
  
• With pre-sales experience and is able to scope out requirements and services components (headcounts, schedule, etc) in qualifying an opportunity or responding to RFQ;
  
• Prior experience in business development, pre-sales & preferable post-sales in cellular network planning, network rollout and/or network optimization; and
  
• Travelling and short term posting may be required.

Requirements:

• Speaks fluent English and Mandarin (to communicate effectively with English and Mandarin speaking clients);
  
• Has good general knowledge of telecom technology such as GSM, UMTS, CDMA, Wi-Fi/ Wi-Max;
  
• Has good exposure in term of trends, rates, and services requirements by operators and vendors;
  
• Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Telecommunications; and
  
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with project management.

Quality Engineer (Incoming Quality Assurance)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with production or designer on components problems, handle investigation and liaise with suppliers on rejection parts in order to improve quality levels
  
• Ensure component part quality from supplier and monitor supplier performance
  
• Responsible for turn-around time for materials/parts under incoming inspection
  
• Plan and conduct supplier audit
  
• Provide training and guidance to Quality Inspectors
  
• Liaise with R&D and IQA technician on approval and release of First Article on electronic and electro-mechanical components/parts

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with at least 2-3 working years experience in Incoming Quality Assurance/Supplier Quality Management
• Basic knowledge in electrical and electronic components/parts
  
• Good knowledge of regional supply base in Asia and SAP System
  
• Qualified auditor with knowledge of ISO 9000/13485
  
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certified will be of added advantage
  
• Dynamic and independent worker, able to work in high mix low volume production environment
  
• Good team player with excellent communication skills and initiative

We are looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer who will become key contributors to our Spectroscopy instrument development team. The ideal candidate will be persons with hands-on reliability testing experience on electro-mechanical systems and assemblies. This individual will be working in an aggressive R&D team to develop and execute reliability test plans, and ensure compliance to global regulatory and safety standards of our next generation instruments.

Senior / Reliability Engineer (R&D)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify and execute hardware test plans for analytical and scientific instrumentation
  
• Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of hardware components and assemblies
• Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality, reliability and robustness
  
• Design and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting scientific/analytical instruments
  
• Create test methods for achieving required levels of product reliability, serviceability and transportability
  
• Determine reliability requirements of components and electromechanical systems to achieve company and customer reliability objectives
  
• Develop acceleration techniques and tools by utilizing HALT testing methods to assure the early identification of potential problems with new products
  
• Oversee and act as the local expert of compliance testing for CE, UL, CSA and other regulatory standards
  
• Aid in the development of packaging and testing of packaging for freight, environment and other factors

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. Candidates with advance training will have an advantage
  
• At least 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience, including minimum 2 years of reliability test engineering experience in a R&D environment
  
• Strong aptitude for hands-on engineering testing and experimentation
  
• Ability to prioritize and work independently and proactively is critical for success
  
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast paced and challenging environment
  
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-cultural and cross-functional global product development environment
  
• Excellent verbal and written (English) documentation and communication skills are vital for this position
