Business Development Executive - (lead Gen)
(Singapore - Ayer Rajah Crescent (Singapore West))
Responsibilities:- Responsible in program conceptualization and manage cultivation initiatives to achieve respective programs objectives.
- Ability to articulate clients’ product messaging and generate quality opportunities through tele-prospecting efforts.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of client contact base and perform effective database analysis for visibility reports.
- Basic Computer Proficiency skills: possessing good MS office skills such as MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Outlook for weekly reporting matters.
- Responsible to conduct weekly updates with clients and progress reports on program updates
- Skillful in managing customers’ expectations and enhancing overall customer satisfaction level.
Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- 2 Full-Time positions available.

Quality Engineer (Incoming Quality Assurance)
Responsibilities:- Work closely with production or designer on components problems, handle investigation and liaise with suppliers on rejection parts in order to improve quality levels
- Ensure component part quality from supplier and monitor supplier performance
- Responsible for turn-around time for materials/parts under incoming inspection
- Plan and conduct supplier audit
- Provide training and guidance to Quality Inspectors
- Liaise with R&D and IQA technician on approval and release of First Article on electronic and electro-mechanical components/parts
Requirements:- Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with at least 2-3 working years experience in Incoming Quality Assurance/Supplier Quality Management
- Basic knowledge in electrical and electronic components/parts
- Good knowledge of regional supply base in Asia and SAP System
- Qualified auditor with knowledge of ISO 9000/13485
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certified will be of added advantage
- Dynamic and independent worker, able to work in high mix low volume production environment
- Good team player with excellent communication skills and initiative
- Result & quality oriented with customer focus
