Responsibilities:

  • New business leads generation.
  • Service existing Corporate Business Clients, Government Business Clients and Channel business clients
  • Identify customer’s needs and present appropriate business solutions.
  • To achieve monthly target and to report directly to Sales Manager.
Requirements:
  • ‘O’ / ‘A’ levels or Diploma
  • Preferably with 1 year sales experience in Business Development and Account servicing.
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills, and working attitude
  • Position open to Singapore Citizens ONLY

Your duties:

  • Outdoor Sales responsibility for key account customers
  • Winning new acquisitions/customers and grow the business in focused markets
  • Working-out and manage offers for key accounts / customers
  • Promoting long-term customer relationships
  • Sales and budget responsibility for the appointed sales area
Your profile:
  • Mechanical/Process/Life Science Diploma/ITC with at least 1-3 years of sales experience in sanitary market or equivalent industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Verbal and interpersonal communication skills is required
  • Strong technical background
  • Experienced in the mentioned markets and their cultures
  • Ability to negotiate in English, fluently and successfully

Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of bid document and costing of system
  • Review of project specification.
  • Preliminary design of refrigeration system and gas compression system, preparation of drawings etc.
  • Liaison with factory
  • Sales presentation i.e. Introduction or screw compressor presentation or new product etc.. (after training and experience)
  • Attend to Technical and Commercial clarification meeting with customer and attend to factory / subvendor clarification meeting.

  • Provide distinctive sales strategies & support including but not limited to process systems designs and solutions to satisfy customers’ needs.
  • Developing YPS business in line with company objectives of sustainability, quality earnings and continual growth.
  • Execute the business initiatives and commit to deliver total customer satisfaction and achieve the business results.Identify and organize marketing and promotional activities such as seminars, conferences, exhibitions and any form of event which benefits the business performance monthly activity reports and the necessary plans and reports for YPS business
  • Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth
  • Maintain constant field intelligence and feedback pertinent information on competitors activities, product, pricing, business performance and promotional programmes and develop the necessary business strategies to ensure the company excels
  • Conform to corporate policies
  • Communicate and work closely with other departments in ensuring the overall company objectives/performance is achieved at all times.
  • Foster strong customers relationship with all customers enabling the company to be actively leading the market, providing timely responses, highly profitable and realising an excellent payment collection position at all times.

Requirements:
