Accounts Assistant (Accounts Receivable Function)

Job Description :

• Ensure that daily sales collection is tally with documents from Banks/ credit card companies
  
• Following up with stores on daily sales report, cash collection and cashier discrepancies issues
  
• Tracking of records of corporate and shopping gift vouchers, credit cards vouchers
  
• Ensure timely submission of monthly turnover reports to Landlord
  
• Prepare monthly statements to credit card companies - Ensure that monthly statements are compiled and submitted to credit card companies
  
• Assists in Stock Management Duties, including perform stock count
  
• Undertake ad-hoc assignment allocated by supervisor from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level; LCCI or equivalent qualification
  
• At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivables
  
• PC literacy with some knowledge of accounting software
  
• Commitment to being a team player as well as able to work independently
  
• Meticulous and organized, with an eye for details
