Accounts Assistant (Accounts Receivable Function)
Job Description :- Ensure that daily sales collection is tally with documents from Banks/ credit card companies
- Following up with stores on daily sales report, cash collection and cashier discrepancies issues
- Tracking of records of corporate and shopping gift vouchers, credit cards vouchers
- Ensure timely submission of monthly turnover reports to Landlord
- Prepare monthly statements to credit card companies - Ensure that monthly statements are compiled and submitted to credit card companies
- Assists in Stock Management Duties, including perform stock count
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment allocated by supervisor from time to time
Requirements:- Minimum GCE 'O' Level; LCCI or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivables
- PC literacy with some knowledge of accounting software
- Commitment to being a team player as well as able to work independently
- Meticulous and organized, with an eye for details
