Sales Coordinator Singapore
Responsibilities:

  • To provide sales support to the sales team and liaise with internal departments for sales reports, sales order creation and customer enquiries
  • To provide admin and scheduling support to Asst. Vice President and Account Director
Requirements:
  • Team player with good working attitude, initiative and drive
  • The ability to deal with pressure is essential
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • GCE O’Level or higher
Human Resource Officer SGD 1200 - 1800 Singapore
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment coordination
  • Follow up on status of security clearance and pre-employment medical screening
  • Application and Renewal of Work Permit
  • Process contract renewal
  • Process NS make-up claims
  • Perform data entry of staff into HR database
Requirements :
  • Diploma from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Enjoy working in fast paced environment

Customer Service Officer (Receptionist) Singapore
Responsible to perform receptionist and administrative duties.

Requirements:
  • Pleasant disposition
  • Able to speak English and Chinese fluently
  • GCE O or N Levels or equivalent
Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) Singapore
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and follow up on enquiries and feedback from clients and the general public
  • Actively Promote and cross-sell products and services to clients and the general public
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 'O' Level Credits /Diploma
  • Malaysian with 5 SPM credits, including English, and above will also be considered
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a call centre
  • Strong communication skills
  • IT Proficient with SAP background an advantage
  • Able to perform shift work
  • Able to converse in Chinese & English
