We would like to invite young, dynamic and highly motivated candidates to join our team as Retail / Operation Executive:

Retail Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales target
  • Assist Shop Manager in the day to day operations of managing the shop
  • Daily maintenance of the shop’s cleanliness & tidiness
  • Ensure all updated POS materials are displayed promptly
  • Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Be responsible for the shop’s cash & stocks
  • Attend meeting at minimum once a month
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE “N” Level or SPM. ITE graduates with retail management certificate will be welcomed.
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Sales driven and customer service oriented
  • Able to speak both English & Chinese
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Others:
  • Basic + Commission + Benefits + Incentive + Bonus
  • 6 working Days including weekends & public holidays
  • Training will be provided
Retail Support Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Arrange, check and ensure accuracy of application forms before faxing to End User for acknowledgment.
  • Scan application forms into system for filing purposes and re-organize it to submit to End User.
  • Ensure accuracy of data entry and submit report to HQ
  • Prepare vouchers for submission
  • Search for rejected applications and manage the rejection process till it has been approved for provision
  • Assume ad-hoc duties as & when assigned
Requirements:
  • At least a year relevant working experience
  • Candidate must possess at least an 'O' / 'N' Level
  • Must be computer literate
  • Meticulous and must be a team player to be able to work in a team environment
  • STRICTLY for Singaporeans and Singapore PRs
Others:
  • 5 day work week.
  • Working Hours: 10.30am to 7.45pm (1 off day on weekday and weekend)
  • Successful candidate would be required to work at Sembawang or IMM location
