Analyst Programmer

As an analyst programmer, you are responsible for generating program design specifications and programming codes based on the system design specifications and user requirements. You have to test written programs, prepare the required documentations, maintain and enhance existing programs to meet current business needs. In addition, you have to ensure the assigned programming task is completed within the given deadline as well as to provide guidance to junior analyst programmers.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  
• 2 years experience in web programming using ASP, VB, and MS SQL Server stored procedures is required
  
• Experience in the financial industry is an advantage
  
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
  
• Self-motivated, independent and work effectively within timelines
  
• Good communication skills and team player
  
• This is a 1 year contract position with the opportunity to convert to permanent staff, subject to good performance
