System Analyst / Senior System Analyst
Responsibilities :- Be the focal point for end-to-end IT project management activities
- Assist the IT Manager to manage site initiative projects including coordinating, facilitating, and monitoring milestones and budgets for site assessment, managing application integration and deployment, communication critical paths and mitigating risks to implementation and ensuring application related IT activities are on-schedule and on-budget.
- Lead and manage application/functional project teams focused on the delivery of new Shopfloor and Manufacturing Integration System / Data Warehouse / BI / EDI / B2B Systems.
- Patner with other IT Personnel or IT Stakeholder to achieve total system solution, focusing on end customer requirements. Ensure technical solutions meet overall expectation, procedures and integration framework.
- Oversee day-to-day operation specifically providing tactical support for end customer issues, validating commitments and prioritizating IT assignments.
- Be responsible for allocating and managing internal and consulting resources on new system implementation including managing and validating vendor delivery and job quality.
Requirements :- Minimum 5 years' IT Project Management experience in leading complex projects including risk management, conceptual knowledge of change and release management, critical path project planning and cost forecasting
- Experience in Manufacturing / Semiconductor IC Assembly / Test environment highly desired
- Must have experience in .Net environment
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and perform multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Strong leadership and team builiding skill
- Good interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, meeting facilitation, and analytical skills, ability to communicate effectively with our business units and various cross functional teams
- Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin.
