Corporate Communications Manager
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, you are responsible for planning and executing the communications strategy for corporate advertising campaigns and product launches, which includes the production & copywriting of above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) materials. You also play a key role in managing corporate communications matters which includes for corporate sponsorships and participation of staff and agency force.
Roles and Responsibilities :- Corporate Branding – Assist to plan and execute corporate branding strategies to build new brand awareness and image. Execute media plans and PR activities/initiatives to build brand exposure, image and reputation.
- Brand Guardian - Ensure materials are brand compliant and it portrays consistent brand identity and messaging for internal and external communications materials. This includes review, editing and approval of all marketing materials & mass mailers/letters to policyholders developed by other departments; and all marketing/ promotional materials sent out by individual agents to prospects/ clients.
- Media Relations – A contact point for the media, assist to draft replies to media queries and press releases.
- Media Monitoring - Assist to monitor insurance and financial related news in the media, and compile in daily news clippings.
- Community Relations - Assist to execute community partnership activities which involve corporate sponsorship, and participation of staff and the agency force.
- CEO Messages - Assist to draft messages for CEO updates to all staff and CEO messages in the quarterly newsletter.
Pre-requisites:- A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mass Communications.
- At least 5 years’ related experience preferably in the financial or insurance industry.
- Possess good knowledgeable in Insurance / Financial products / Investments as well as regulatory guidelines on advertising and marketing of insurance and personal financial products and services.
- Excellent writing and communication skills are essential qualities with good creativity.
