Retail Manager/ Assistant Retail Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth operations and staff matters in an outlet
  
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers
  
• Ensuring staff service professionalism and outlet decorations are up to company standards
  
• Maintaining & improving customer service and selling standards of Front Desk Staff
  
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly reports
  
• Involved in retail systems and inventory control
  
• Schedule planning and assisting in marketing activities/promotions
  
• Able to perform other adhoc duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

• O levels and above
  
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel, service, retail or spa industry
  
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  
• Pleasant personality and well-dressed
  
• Female working environment
  
• Possesses good leadership & communication skills
  
• Knowledge in MS Office and IT skills
  
• Sales & service orientated
  
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, & public holidays
  
• Singaporeans and PRs
