Production Supervisor (Kaki Bukit)
Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of production staff to meet production targets and quality standards
- Responsible for quality and execution of production schedule with optimum yield
- Work closely with Quality Assurance and Engineering by implementing new or improved processes
- Manage, motivate and develop a team of production operators
Requirements:- Diploma in a Technical curriculum.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position
- Good communication skills required
- Excellent leadership quality
- Understanding of production techniques such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S & Six Sigma
- Willing to work in cleanroom environment
- Candidates must be flexible in shift arrangement, shift pattern: 1st shift, 7am - 3pm, 2nd shift, 3pm - 11pm, 3rd shift, 11pm - 7am (Mon - Alt Sat)
