Account Executive (Paya Lebar)

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing, co-ordinating and leading agency resources to meet client’s marketing and advertising requirements. You will represent the company and be responsible for the quality of the agency's output, and to provide perspectives and leadership in the development of the advertising product.

Tasked with any project, you must be able conceptualise ideas, think strategically, deliver suitable creative ideas and content for a broad range of projects, ranging from corporate collaterals, advertising campaigns to online marketing initiatives. Most of all, you never run out of creative steam and you know how to create maximum impact with the given resources. Devising innovative concepts together with the design team to solve clients’ marketing problem is your forte.

Key responsibilities:

Key account representative for agency and client.
Services client on daily basis to ensure all deliverables are met.
Build and maintain good relationships with client.
Work with Account Director to develop long and short-term marketing and advertising initiatives.
Help client evaluate effectiveness of marketing and advertising programmes and monitor competitive activities and plan appropriate response / action
Work with the Creative team to ensure creative development meets Client’s expectations / standards and fulfills marketing objectives.
Keep management fully informed of account activity and development including client issues.
Manage budget and account profitability.

Required skills:

Able to present and sell the agency’s ideas and concepts.
Excellent presentation and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clients.
Knowledge of all agency functional areas in order to monitor, evaluate and impact the quality of work from strategy development to the finished product (this includes production, media, research, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high proficiency in English.
A deep level of understanding on what works and what does not, across print and ideally interactive medium.
Able to handle multiple concurrent assignments and projects.
Write convincing creative proposals for pitches or tenders
Appreciation for aesthetic and design.
