Account Manager
Job Responsibilities:- Conduct cold calls on potential clients to advise on latest promotions, campaigns and products
- Understand customers' telecommunication needs to propose suitable telecommunication solutions.
- To achieve the sales revenue targets for corporate broadband, mobile and cable television services through new customers acquisition and account management of existing corporate clients in the assigned sales areas.
- To work closely with Starhub Officers to engage customers and to deliver supreme customer services.
Job Requirements:- Diploma Graduate in any discipline
- GCE “O” Level with minimum 2 years experience will be considered
- Enjoys the challenges of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Interest in meeting people and market companies capability
- Able to build good customer relationship at all levels
- Conversant in English and Mandarin (To liaise with Chinese speaking client)
Attractive Remuneration : Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Commission
