The selected candidate will join us and support our headquarters and islandwide outlets in supervising our Finance department.
Accountant
Responsibilities:- In charge/ Supervision of Finance Department
- Handle full set of accounts including GST returns, tax matters and audit matters
- Liaising with external/internal auditors and tax agents
- Manage costing, budgeting and variance analysis
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial management reports
- Familiar with ERP Accounting
- Involve in system implementation and process improvements for the company
- Advise management with analysis, planning and assist in executing corporate goals
- Payroll Administration
- Able to perform other adhoc administrative duties assigned by Management
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years experience in managing full set accounts and relevant experience as an “Accountant”, those with CPA will be an added advantage
- Some experience in franchising, IPOs, managing group accounts and as company secretariat would be useful
- Proficient in MS Office and IT skills
- Ideally from retail, service, hospitality & spa industries
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
