We Urgently Require
Technical Analyst
Responsibilities:- Support sales team and provide subject matter expertise on technical components
- Design and architecture technical solutions during the pre-sales engagement and deployment phase
- Engage relevant users for systems requirements gathering and/or technical compliance matters
- Work closely with the project team, sales team and customers in implementing solutions and ensuring the success of project roll out
- Create and maintain technical documentations of the implemented solution
- Manage vendors in relation to technical support and renewal of maintenance contract
- Provide technical maintenance, enhancement, and operation support of the solutions after implementation
- Provide ad hoc technical solutions training to internal operations team
Requirements:- Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Electrical
- Engineering or any related field (Diploma holder with outstanding academic results or relevant working experience will also be considered)
- Possess knowledge to support and troubleshoot network infrastructure, OS (Windows), and database-related application problems
- Ability to manage the user/system requirements gathering and compliance phase with the key users or IT team Ability to create documentation of technical system
- Programming and scripting skill would be an advantage
