INTERIOR DESIGNERS (Full time)
Responsibilities:- Assisting Senior Interior Designer in Design Concept Sketches, Space Planning, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Specifications and Detailing, and Quality Assurance
- Production of hand rendered perspectives A4 & A3 size
- Attendance onsite for measurements and to ensure quality assurance of built works & fabricated items against documentation
- Manage & Update Project Schedule for assigned ID projects to meet target deadlines
- Furniture design, detailing, construction drawings and quality assurance
- Document minutes from client site meetings for distribution
- Administration of design process
- Support Design Director and Senior Interior Designer(s)
Requirements:- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Ability to sketch freehand illustrations & produce formal perspectives is required
- Written & spoken English essential and multilingual Asian Languages preferred
- High proficiency in WORD, Excel, Power-point, AUTOCAD, & CS3 (Photoshop) essential
