We invite suitable candidates to join us as: Supply Chain Executive
Key Responsibilities :- Provides administrative support to the Supply Chain Manager and the entire Supply Chain Department
- Creation of PO in the system to allow accurate capturing of cost. Clearance of parked & blocked invoice workflow in timely & independent manner
- Owner of Monthly Operations Review (MOR) / Close Gap Package - Gather and collate data to facilitate Close Gap & MOR Meetings
- Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) Champion - Train new staff on BBS and ensure compliance
- Prepare management reports for both Customer Service & Demand Supply Planning Team as well as to provide first level analysis
- To ensure compliance/provide support to all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions
- Assist in Supply Chain development Projects
Job Requirements :- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline
- Good knowledge of supply chain process with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience
- Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work extended hours under tight deadline
