Service Engineers
Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, maintain and service photo/imaging-related equipment.
  
• Install and setup computer and networking.
  
• Support all service activities for the section including standby duties.
  
• Conducts user training.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronics or Information Technology.
  
• Experience in IT networking.
  
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Possess Class 3 driving license.
  
• Required to perform Standby duties
  
• Applicants should be Singapore citizens

SERVICE ENGINEERS / ENGINEERING ASSISTANTS

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide seamless frontline customer service at our service centres
  
• Provide professional advice to our customers on car servicing, repair needs and vehicle maintenance enquiries

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
  
• At least 2 years of related working experience for Service Engineer position
  
• ITC in Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 7 years of customer service experience
  
• Fresh Diploma holders may apply for the entry-level position of Engineering Assistant
  
• Passionate about customer service
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Must have a valid Class 3 driving licence

At the start of your career with us, you will be placed under an intensive training programme to familiarise you with our workshop and service centre operations. This training will enhance your automotive knowledge, communication and customer service competencies that are essential for you to perform successfully in your role. Our custom-made training programme for Engineering Assistant will develop your customer service skills to that of a Service Engineer.
