MARKETING EXECUTIVE / PROPERTY SALES CONSULTANT
The successful candidate will: - Be the account manager of existing clientele base.
- Attend to potential clients.
- Enjoy a basic salary plus attractive commission.
Requirements:- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Real Estate/Business
- Excellent interpersonal skills and resourcefulness
- Enjoy interacting with professionals including lawyers, bankers and accountants.
- Enthusiastic, with a passion for sales
- Good writing skills and well versed in Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferably with 1-2 years experience in sales
- MUST be able to work on weekends
- Able to start immediately
- Singaporeans or PR

SALES CONSULTANT
Responsibilities:- Sales of Wine Products through the phone
- Identify sales opportunities – new prospects and up sell to existing clients
- Prospect and secure sales deals via phone – to new prospects & existing clients
- Support inbound customer services and sales enquiries
- Produce weekly sales and pipeline report
- Career progression to direct outdoor sales role in future
Requirements:- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Good Telemarketing skills, sales driven, enthusiastic and result oriented
- 33At least 18 months' proven track-record in telesales/telemarketing/inside-sales roles
- Proactive, energetic, tenacious and self-driven
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
- Knowledge in Wines would be an added advantage but training will be provided
- Must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
