SALES EXECUTIVE (Events & Promotions)

Phase 1: Development of skills and systems :

• You will be trained professionally on the skills and techniques of sales/marketing and client/product information
  
• Upon completing the training, you will engage in proactive face-to-face marketing at roadshows/events, assisting customers in the sales process and customer service.

Phase 2: Development of training skills and team leadership :

• Upon developing your fundamentals well, you will be given a chance to take on the role of training and development of new executives
  
• The opportunity of Team leadership will be given to you if you have displayed strong leadership traits and responsibilties

Phase 3: Management training :

• If you have excelled in the roles above, you will take on the core leadership role of managing a sales campaign or a branch office
  
• You will be exposed to clientele management, customer service management and
  Most importantly, you are empowered to lead from the front.

Requirements:

• You should be a great teamplayer
  
• You should possess first-class work ethics
  
• You must be committed to learning
  
• Diploma & Above
  
• Singaporeans/PR only
  
• Sales experience is not necessary
