Accountant / Senior Accountant
Responsibilities:
A. Accountant
- Monthly accounts closing and preparation of financial statements of few investment holding companies, including the preparation and filing of annual statutory reports
- Coordinate with overseas subsidiaries on the timely submission of all financial and management accounts to the Singapore Office (in accordance to Singapore Accounting Standards)
- Analyse management accounts, financial reports and statistics for management decision-making purpose
- Assist in the preparation of sub-groups’ monthly consolidation financial package, business segments and statistics reports
- To assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on subgroups’ data to ensure the correct generation of required results from system
B. Senior Accountant / Finance Manager
- Oversee the day-to-day operations (including AR, AP, GL, cash management etc) of the Accounts department
- Perform financial analysis on projects as and when required
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Knowledge of handling full set of accounts with good understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Preferred experience in SAP/BCS
- Familiar with Finance, Accounting regulations, policies and standards (SFRS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (both oral and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with positive work attitude
- Must be independent, analytical and resourceful in performing tasks
- Performance-oriented and a good team player
- Position A: Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in Group Consolidation accounts preparation
- Position B: Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in handling full set of accounts
- Candidates with more than 5 years experience in Senior position will be considered for Managerial level position.

Finance Manager (Singapore - 25 Senoko Way)
Responsibilities:- Overall financial management, payroll, budget control, cash flow, forecast, tax planning, internal audit etc.
- Budget forecasts, perform monthly reconciliation (AP / AR / Bank) management reporting and financial analysis
- Plan, manage and supervise preparation of all financial reports
- Build and manage relationships with bankers, financial institutions, auditors and tax agents
- Supervise accounts department, lead and manage team efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:- Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 5 years of post qualified accounting experience preferably in Construction industry
- Familiar with Singapore accounting and taxation standards
- Strong problem solving skills and strong financial judgement
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to prioritize workload, results oriented and capable of working under tight deadlines
- Meticulous, motivated, positive, logical, disciplined with strong leadership qualities and able to work under pressure
- Candidate must be IT literate and preferably with knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Others:- Company provides transport at Tampines, Admiralty and Woodlands MRT stations
- 5 days work week

Finance Manager
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the finance team. You will be in charge of the monthly group financial accounting, consolidating and submitting monthly group financial performance, including reviewing of monthly management reports. In addition, you are required to perform and manage the monthly financial forecast and yearly budgeting. You will also manage group treasury matters, monthly debtors’ aging, corporate tax and audit matters.
To be successful in this role, you must possess Degree in Accountancy or equivalent academic qualification with at least 6 years experience, of which preferably with 2 years in similar capacity. You must be familiar with accounting standards, taxation and consolidation of accounts.
Responsibilities:- Take charge of the Company's and subsidiaries' Accounts department, finalize monthly accounts for timely submission to the Management
- To coordinate the consolidation of group accounts and submission of financial results and analyse for completeness, accuracy and reliability
- To monitor financial forecasts and attend to audit, taxation issues and business risk management
- To comply and liaise with external parties pertaining to all accounting matters
- Provide insights on business financial analysis to the Management
- Prepare annual budget, review and analyze monthly variances
- To ensure compliance of internal audit of the company and systematic internal control
- To manage all activities related to financial, legal/company secretarial and corporate administrative work for the group
- To report directly to company group managing director
Requirements:- Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent;
- 3 to 6 years of experience in audit or corporate finance / transaction advisory;
- Well developed analytical and numerical skills with demonstrated abilities in interpretation and analysis of financial data and risk assessment skill;
- Candidate with due diligence experience will be an advantage;
- Strong accounting knowledge;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and self motivated.
