We are now inviting applications for a Events Operations Executive to contribute to the continuous growth and success of our business.

Events Operations Executive
Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage events – ranging from small to major activities that require foresight and extensive preparation and follow up
  
• Work with designers to produce direct mailers, edm and update website
  
• Co-ordination with venue owners, contractors and suppliers
  
• Manage delegate registrations list
  
• Speaker and sponsor liaison
  
• Setting and managing project timeline and ensure deliverables are met

Requirements:

• At least 2 years solid event operations/management experience
  
• Excellent command of written and oral English
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• An initiative team player, presentable with strong organization skills
