Admin Assistant
Job Description & Requirement: - Input data entry daily to churn out invoice and DO for local deliveries.
- Checking of daily returned DO and invoices from the Dept. stores
- Generate Sales Report, Price List, Cash sales
- Inventory checking (computer stock)
- Good with numbers, possess initiative, able to work independently.
- Good with computers software e.g. excel, ACCPAC will be an added advantage.
Product Marketing Executive
The marketing executive is responsible for the following:
1. Product category management- Building product category awareness and growth
- Expansion of category through integrated marketing and sales program
- Development of existing / new products with R&D team or associated factory
- Launch and execution new product initiatives
1. Trade support- Ability to develop creative Point-of-Sales materials and work closely with Sales team to ensure effective and integrated execution at the store level in line with any ATL support
- Adopt tactical in-store focus, linking trade activity with consumer support program
1. Other marketing responsibilities- Achievement of Sales targets for the respective product category
- Formulation of long and mid-term plans for the brand aligning with the changing market place
- Effective use of marketing research information to increase brand / products penetration and positioning in the market
- Efficient advertising & promotions appropriation by good planning in all areas: clear briefing, directive strategy, media planning, expenditure for products
Position Requirements:- Degree in marketing or business related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience, FMCG is preferred
