L.C. Development Limited(LCD). The Group's principal activities are owning and managing hotels and serviced apartments, investing in properties and a vineyard, developing properties for sale and managing properties. The Group owns projects including Holiday Inn Kensington, Holiday Inn Resort Phuket, Perth Ambassador, Gilgara Retreat and Huntingdon House. It also owns two serviced residences, Cityview Apartments and Parkview Executive Suites. The Group operates in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Australia, and United Kingdom.

We are looking for a dynamic team player to join our project management team for a mixed development consisting of residential, commercial and hotel development project in China:

PROJECT MANAGER (Based in China)

Your Role :

• Assist the Director to lead and manage a team of consultants and contractors in all stages of the project from conceptualisation, schematic and detailed design to implementation.
  
• Ensure smooth progress and completion of the project within time, cost and quality standards required by the management.

Your Profile:

• A degree or related professional qualification in Architectural/QS/Engineering with at least 3-5 years’ experience in project management or Consultancy Services in China for residential, commercial or hotel development.
  
• Be familiar with local procedures, submission and approval from the authorities.
  
• Be analytical with an eye for details, highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity, fast and independent with strong organisational skills and be prepared to work under pressure and tight schedules.
  
• Possess excellent leadership, team spirit, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  
• Must be effectively bilingual and able to put up reports in Chinese as required in the course of the work.
