Management Trainee

Handling a portfolio of your own selected niche client base, your key responsibility will be to develop and implement financial plans for these individuals and corporations. In consultation with clients, you will determine their assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status, and financial objectives, and be required to analyze clients' financial status in order to develop financial plans. Acting as the main liaison between the company and the client, you will be in continuous contact with clients to revise their plans based on changes in the needs of clients or the investment market.

Identify and analyse the needs of the clients and uses a consultative approach to discuss about the financial solutions to match their needs.

• Draw out a financial map for client to visualise how and when they can attain their financial goals.
  
• Build and train a sales team that will assist to develop business under the agency model

Requirements:

• Basic pay up to S$3000 + Attractive Commissions + Performance Bonus of up to $20,500
  
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  
• Only Singaporean/Singapore PR Holder need to apply.
  
• 21 years & above.
