Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing and Sales teams in all marketing and customer support activities as needed.
  
• Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are complete and comply with
  
• Import and export rules and regulations
  
• Attends to queries relating to shipping documents.
  
• Assist in developing, maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationship and handle customer complaints.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ level or Certificate/Diploma in any discipline.
  
• Minimum 1- 2 years of relevant experience.
  
• Resourceful individual and a good team player
  
• Positive and willing to learn, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
  
• Able to start work immediately or in a short notice.
