Admin Executive
Job Description:- Perform all office administrative, document maintenance and clerical functions.
- Provide secretarial support to the senior management
- Handle all office equipment maintenance
- Prepare and handle expense claims
- Process employee leave applications and update leave records
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Make travel arrangements for business trips
- Handle confidential information and responsible for business related license renewals and communications with company secretary, authorities, etc.
Requirements:- Possess at least GCE ‘A’ Level / NITEC in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Those who are experienced in supporting senior management will be preferred
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal
Process Technician
Job Description:- Optimize machine utilization, materials and ensure compliance with operating procedures and standards
- Support in handling machine set up, shut down and production activities
- Support various departments to meet production schedules, quality and cost objectives
- Perform installation of equipments and set-up process specifications
- Characterize process and equipment system to maintain and control process parameters
- Troubleshoot process deviation and equipment malfunctions to improve process quality and productivity
- Sustain manufacturing yield and quality
Requirements:- Technical Certificate in Process Technology or Engineering
- Knowledge of processes and specifications
- Knowledge of injection molding will be an added advantage
- At least 2- 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
QC Inspector
Job Description:- Perform daily QC inspection activities to ensure that production is complying with quality standards
- Perform quality check for incoming / in process / outgoing and final inspection of components
- Prepare all Quality Reports
- Compile daily Statistical Process Control (SPC) report
- Calibrate jig and fixture where necessary
- Sustain manufacturing yield and quality
- Maintain all Quality Documents
- Perform inspection, dimensional inspection of components using various types of measuring instruments
- Perform other QC functions
Requirements: - GCE ‘O’ Level / NTC with at least 2 years of experience in related fields
- Possess knowledge of processes and specifications
- Ability to interpret Engineering drawings and operate basic measuring instruments
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing/ Production/QA environment
- Fluent in English and Chinese, written and verbal
