Gyu Kaku SingaporeREINS International (Singapore) Pte Ltd is a Japanese company, which is owned by REX Holdings in Japan and we are S.E.A Headquarters operating GYU-KAKU restaurants in the region. Currently having 3 GYU-KAKU Japanese BBQ restaurants in Singapore, we are seeking for potential and qualified candidates to join and contribute in our growing business.

Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily sales reports, including staff control, food control and sales
  • In-charge of stock inventory
  • Responsible for Customer compliments & complaints
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety requirements
  • Managing of restaurant both service and kitchen crew to achieve company goals
  • Planning of staff weekly shift schedule
  • Creating and executing plans for outlet sales and profit
  • Manage and ensure smooth daily operation of restaurant
Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma in Hospitality/ F&B Management or equivalent
  • Strong Leadership, Excellent Management Skills and Team Player
  • Knowledge of P&L, controlling Food & Beverage Cost and Labour Cost
  • Computer literate (Excel Skill is a must)
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
  • Able to work on split-shift, weekends & public holidays
  • 2 Full-Time positions available
  • This position is open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only
