REINS International (Singapore) Pte Ltd is a Japanese company, which is owned by REX Holdings in Japan and we are S.E.A Headquarters operating GYU-KAKU restaurants in the region. Currently having 3 GYU-KAKU Japanese BBQ restaurants in Singapore, we are seeking for potential and qualified candidates to join and contribute in our growing business.
Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:- Prepare daily sales reports, including staff control, food control and sales
- In-charge of stock inventory
- Responsible for Customer compliments & complaints
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety requirements
- Managing of restaurant both service and kitchen crew to achieve company goals
- Planning of staff weekly shift schedule
- Creating and executing plans for outlet sales and profit
- Manage and ensure smooth daily operation of restaurant
Requirements:- Min. Diploma in Hospitality/ F&B Management or equivalent
- Strong Leadership, Excellent Management Skills and Team Player
- Knowledge of P&L, controlling Food & Beverage Cost and Labour Cost
- Computer literate (Excel Skill is a must)
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Able to work on split-shift, weekends & public holidays
- 2 Full-Time positions available
- This position is open to Singaporean and Singapore PR only
