LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Satisfying needs of all Departments on receiving, delivery and logistic matters
  
• Monitoring and arranging Import & Export shipments to and from overseas
  
• Process custom permit / billing and preparation of shipping documents
  
• Requesting, selecting and confirming quotation from vendors
  
• Prepare Purchase Orders for vendors
  
• Monitoring Purchase Order to vendors and expediting delivery schedules
  
• Documenting, monitoring and controlling subcontracting jobs to vendors
  
• Implementing QMS and controlling documents and records

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Logistic / Business Studies
  
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar capacity or within purchasing department
  
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
  
• Pleasant disposition
