Business Analyst (Singapore - Tuas)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to be part of the Strategy and Business Development function. The Business Analyst will provide support to general managers of business units in:

• Market research – conduct rigorous and fact-based analysis into potential markets, including deep dives into targeted markets and customers. Keep abreast of trends and development in existing markets served by company and recommend action steps if necessary
  
• Competitor analysis – understand competitors' strategies, product offerings and value proposition. Keep management informed of new developments in the competitive landscape
  
• Product strategy – assist in developing coherent product strategies to maximize returns for company by analyzing internal competences and market attractiveness
  
• Business development – assist in developing marketing collaterals and managing the sales pipeline

Requirements:

Specifically, we are looking for individuals with the following criteria :

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering, Sciences or Business
  
• Two years of experience working on projects that require market and competitor research and analysis
  
• Good understanding of financial models and strategy development
  
• Some experience in high tech industry would be preferred although not necessary
  
• Higly skilled in office software such as Excel and Powerpoint
  
• Excellent communication skills and strong in interpersonal relationship
