IT SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:- Responsible for formulating IT strategies and policies
- Overseeing IT needs of the company and preparing IT infrastructure contingency plan
- Administrate system and network, perform problem troubleshooting and user accounts management, system backup, and hardware/software installation, and provide constructive desktop support to staff
- Handle installation and upgrade of hardware, software, router, email, and networking;
- Ensure system and data security issues to be handled properly
- Ensure effective network management;
- Participate and handle ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Studies or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in IT area with at least 2 years in managerial level,
- Excellent knowledge in Notes Domino Administration and workflow programming
- Expert knowledge of Windows servers & IP networking (DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP, VPN etc.), Microsoft SQL database and backup solution
- Have experience with network bandwidth shaping in large networks
- Experience delivering infrastructure solutions in secure environments. Knowledge of infrastructure security methods, including firewalls, proxies, encryption, and security appliances (anti-virus, anti-spam, spyware etc.) required
- Strong presentation, communications and people management skills
- Hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining JDEdwards XE is preferred
