Reflect Geophysical Pte Ltd is a company established in Singapore providing a range of proprietary and non-exclusive Multi-client marine geophysical services. Reflect was founded by a number of the most experienced people in the geophysical industry, who have spent a large number of years in very senior positions within the largest Geophysical companies in the world. The focus and drive of Reflect is HSE and to bring new modern vessels into the industry and establish a new player in this market.

Financial Controller

You will report directly to the incoming CFO and jointly to the board appointed advisor, Wesvault. As the company is new, hands on experience and can-do attitude are essential.

Your role will be to carry out internal cost control policies, systems and prevent cost blowouts with proper financial control. Your secondary role will be to ensure corporate governance and procedure.

Work :

• Handle daily accounting
  
• Setup I.T procurement systems, invoicing.
  
• Provide quarterly management reports to the board.
  
• Financial modelling and assisting the CFO in risk analysis.
  
• Weekly cash flow analysis
  
• Management accounting and cost control.
  
• Ensuring cost policies that are set by the board are carried out.
  
• Fraud prevention and independent internal controls in the company.
  
• Deal with 3rd party financial institutions.
  
• Signing cheques

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Accounting Finance. Strong grades an advantage
• CPA or accounting standard
  
• NPV modelling and project analysis skills.
  
• Experience in oil and gas firm e.g Shell, Schlumberger an advantage.
  
• Strong IT skills are essential.
  
• Excel, word, MYOB, Accounting Software etc.
  
• Independence and focus on control are essential.
