Sales / Business Development Manager / Executive
International Life Science Equipment Industry
Responsibilities:
- International sales position
- Drive profitable top-line growth for assigned territory and/or product(s)
- Market research / competitor analysis including field sales calls on key end-customer accounts, meetings with distributors' Senior Management, networking at trade shows / exhibitions
- Distribution channel development / management including recruitment of new distributors, establishment of sales targets / deliverables, continuous follow up / support, performance monitoring, and implementing corrective actions to continuous strengthen performance
- Support distribution partners to grow Esco market share in various local territories, including key account management / joint sales calls, product / sales / service training, end user seminars, development and execution of local marketing programs
- Negotiate and resolve problems with both internal and external customers / stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Product Management, Marketing
- Communications, Technical Service, Engineering and Production teams to accomplish the above goals
Requirements:- Degree in Business or Science
- Entrepreneurial, persistent "hunter"
- Able to travel up to 50%
- Team player
- Good written and spoken English
- Prepared to go the extra mile
- Inter-cultural understanding (overseas study/work experience a plus)
