Group Human Resource Manager

The suitable candidate is to head its HR department. Reporting to the Executive Director, the candidate works closely with the Group Manager Corporate Services to cover 3 countries (or more), providing both line and consultative HR services to locally based businesses and overseas organisations respectively. Specifically the focus will be on employee recruitment, develop/conduct in-house training programs, benefits and compensation including performance appraisal / annual award program, development/interpretation/implementation of HR policies and procedures, management of an HR inventory system, and other employee relations activities.

The successful candidate should be tertiary educated with at least 5 -10 years broad based HR experience. Computer literacy, a willingness to travel, personal integrity and dedication are musts.
