Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:

Support Marketing and Sales teams in all marketing and customer support activities as needed.
Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are complete and comply with
Import and export rules and regulations
Attends to queries relating to shipping documents.
Assist in developing, maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationship and handle customer complaints.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ level or Certificate/Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 1- 2 years of relevant experience.
Resourceful individual and a good team player
Positive and willing to learn, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
Able to start work immediately or in a short notice.

Sumitomo Bakelite Manufacturing Engineer Jobs

Responsible for overseeing manufacturing process activities to ensure a smoother production with higher efficiency.
Identify and initiate measures to improve production methods and equipment performance on productivity/quality/EHS aspect.
Co-ordinate with various levels of staff in ensuring that production targets and productivity levels are met and improved.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge of ISO quality system, Lean Manufacturing system, SPC, FMEA, TPM will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently with strong work commitment.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good Analytical & Problem solving skills.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
