Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls on potential clients to advise on latest promotions, campaigns and products
Understand customers' telecommunication needs to propose suitable telecommunication solutions.
To achieve the sales revenue targets for corporate broadband, mobile and cable television services through new customers acquisition and account management of existing corporate clients in the assigned sales areas.
To work closely with Starhub Officers to engage customers and to deliver supreme customer services.

Job Requirements:

Diploma Graduate in any discipline
GCE “O” Level with minimum 2 years experience will be considered
Enjoys the challenges of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Interest in meeting people and market companies capability
Able to build good customer relationship at all levels
Conversant in English and Mandarin (To liaise with Chinese speaking client)

Attractive Remuneration : Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Commission
