KX Technologies, is the world leader in manufacturing of extruded carbon block water filtration products, is cordially inviting dynamic individual to apply for the following position at our Operations in Singapore.

Manufacturing Engineer

The incumbent will be responsible to identify, develop, and implement production process methods and improvements.:

• Investigate and resolve work-in-process problems.
  
• Analyze process statistics.
  
• Recommend and implement process improvements and modifications.
  
• Establish production/process standards.
  
• Source for equipment, parts and supplies.
  
• Ensure conformance to project requirements on specifications, quality, budget and timeliness.
  
• Be accountable for equipment function and cost effectiveness, documentation completeness, accuracy, and retrieval ROI as well as process efficiency.
  
• Troubleshoot when machine breakdowns.

Job requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering with at least 3-5 years of related experience.
  
• Strong knowledge in process management principles and concepts, and quality systems.
  
• Experience in project management, process implementation, and budget management is essential.
  
• Demonstrated background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma analytical methodologies preferred.
  
• Strong problem analysis/solving skills as well as verbal and written communication skills is highly desired
  
• Self motivated, team player, ability to work under tight deadlines.
