Work Place : in Jurong area

Pre-Requisite :

• Min. NTC 2 / 3 in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
  
• Candidates with forklift driving experience an advantage
  
• Physically fit as you are required to be hands-on in your work
  
• Well-versed with MS Office

ADMINISTRATOR (Sales Dept)
Location : Jurong

Job Descriptions :

• Attending to sales enquiries
  
• Preparation & follow-up of quotations & tenders
  
• Project / contract administrations

Requirements :

• Min. 'O' level with good spoken & written English
  
• Technically-inclined

Administrator (Tuas, Jurong)

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily administrative duties, general office administration and housekeeping
  
• Provide secretarial support to the senior management
  
• Handle phone system, photocopier, and other office equipment
  
• Manage and maintain all filing of documents, correspondence and contracts
  
• Prepare and handle expense claims
  
• Process employee leave applications and maintain leave records
  
• Schedule appointments and meetings, make travel arrangements for business trips
  
• Take on and assist senior management on projects
  
• Handle confidential information and responsible for business related license renewals and communications with vendors, company secretary, authorities, etc.

Requirements:

• Min 2 to 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in supporting senior management
  
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially Word and Powerpoint
  
• Strong written and spoken English language skills is a must; Chinese language ability is an advantage (to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates)
  
• Meticulous and possess good initiative
  
• Confident, diplomatic and pleasant demeanor with superior interpersonal skills

• Results-oriented and able to abide by tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility

• Able to work overtime, if necessary
  
• Able to commence work immediately
