INTERIOR DESIGNERS (Full time)

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Senior Interior Designer in Design Concept Sketches, Space Planning, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Specifications and Detailing, and Quality Assurance
  
• Production of hand rendered perspectives A4 & A3 size
  
• Attendance onsite for measurements and to ensure quality assurance of built works & fabricated items against documentation
  
• Manage & Update Project Schedule for assigned ID projects to meet target deadlines
• Furniture design, detailing, construction drawings and quality assurance
  
• Document minutes from client site meetings for distribution
  
• Administration of design process
  
• Support Design Director and Senior Interior Designer(s)

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  
• Ability to sketch freehand illustrations & produce formal perspectives is required
  
• Written & spoken English essential and multilingual Asian Languages preferred
• High proficiency in WORD, Excel, Power-point, AUTOCAD, & CS3 (Photoshop) essential

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer’s account & manage overall sales process
  
• Manage sales & services enquiries; provide an accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds the customer expectations.
  
• Maintain customer confidentiality
  
• Show patience and understanding when dealing with customer complaints and actively resolve them
  
• Ensure delivery are on time and notified customers
  
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Positive Attitude
  
• Customer oriented mindset with good communication & interpersonal skills
  
• Direct Sales Experience is an added advantage
  
• Training also will be provided for those without any experience
  
• Singaporeans or PRs only (Bi-lingual preferred)
  
• Possess good interpersonal, communication skills, PC literacy & have positive attitude
  
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
  
• Training will be provided
  
• Able to work independently with flexible hours
