Account Manager (Technical Sales)

Job Scope:

• Manage sales activities and strategic customers in the South-east Asia region meeting the overall sales growth plan
  
• Develop sales strategy and provide sales forecast on a regular basis
  
• Develop, maintain and enhance customer relationships with existing and potential customers to increase market share
  
• Provide product training/applications solutions and defects improvement to customers
  
• Manage new product introductions at customers’ sites working through engineering and technical support
  
• Coordinate resources within the applications engineering and customer support teams to meet customers’ requirements

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in an engineering discipline with 3 years’ experience in the semiconductor/hard disk/electronics industry is preferred
  
• Effective communication and presentation skills
  
• Highly motivated individuals with a high drive to achieve sales targets, able to work independently and have out-going personality
  
• Must possess a car

Software Control Engineer (Librarian)

Responsibilities:

• Perform code checks developed/created by the software application team located outside Singapore prior to release for Production
  
• Versioning all application source code
  
• Keep all source repository (VSS) up to date with every change
  
• Create VSS databases and adding new/existing applications
  
• Perform application releases and back-up on the testing (UAT) and production environments
  
• Support applications' requirements on a daily basis
  
• Monitor server performance and notify application team regarding the server performance
  
• Monitor software applications in server and provide resolution for any software failure

Requirements:

• Possess an engineering Diploma or Degree in a related field of study
  
• Minimum 1 year experience in Software Development and Configuration Management
  
• Possess good written, communication and presentation skills
  
• Candidates with knowledge of version control tools (VSS 6.0), UNIX (UNIX commands) and Oracle/SQL will have added advantage
  
• Candidates with proficiency in the Japanese Language will have an added advantage

Sales Executive

Pre-Requisite / Basic Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Building-related studies. Those with 'O' level but has 3 years' of sales experience in building materials may also apply
  
• Able to work independantly with minimal supervision (You shall be working closely with the Managing Director and reporting directly to him)
  
• Resourceful (Resourcefulness in all aspects is a basic attribute expected of Sales people. Basic product training will be given but you must take it upon yourself to learn on the job and to attain the necessary level of product knowledge so as to achieve adequate competence)
  
• Self-Motivation (Your remuneration will be tied to your performance. Hence, you are unlikely to do well if you are not self-motivated)
  
• Sufficiently matured and disciplined (Your working hours are not restricted and you will enjoy a high degree of freedom in your daily movement. This arrangement will not work unless you are self-disciplined)
  
• Able to manage your Accounts Receivables (As the collection of payment is an integral part of your work scope, you must ensure the timely collection of payment and not be uncomfortable about chasing for payment)
  
• Adaptability (You will be dealing with people ranging from Building Professionals, Contractors and their Site Staff. You will need to effectively communicate with the respective types appropriately)
  
• Mobility (Must have a valid driving licence and possess your own car)
